Teleskop Basic
Basic monitoring and management. It shows the online status of machines running Eliar controllers, connects to those controllers remotely, sends dyeing programs to machines, and archives processes in a database that can be searched on request. Its architecture scales through add-on dyehouse management modules.
Dyestuff and chemical dispensing manager
Monitors and manages all online chemical and dyestuff automation. It handles request traffic between dyeing machines and weighing and distribution systems, and archives the data.
Report tool
Reports on performance, consumption, idle time, malfunctions and cost, broken down by machine, process, operator and online working status. You can create your own on-demand reports from an open, documented database.
Dyehouse cockpit
Customized dashboards accessible over the internet, designed mainly for top executives to monitor the dyehouse.
Planning board
Sends job orders to dyeing machines, integrated with your ERP system. This reduces operator error and lets you monitor machine workload.
Planning board: job order and recipe management
An integrated module for preparing recipes and job orders without a separate management system. It includes the Planning Board.
Operator intervention andon
Shows operator interventions and their intensity on a flat-screen TV in the dyehouse, and calls operators verbally. This reduces unnecessary machine idle time.
