Fully automatic dyeing controller
T7701ex is a textile batch controller-operator terminal with a 10.4” colour touchscreen and keypad. It helps you save energy, water, dyestuff and chemicals, work at full capacity with a non-stop continuous process, and get dyeing right the first time.
Programs on the device can be accessed and coded through Codesys, so you can write your own functions and programs, and it connects wirelessly. It integrates with Eliar Teleskop software to link every machine in the dyehouse, so machines can be watched and controlled from a management office, PC, tablet or phone. Designed by ELİAR from 35 years of engineering experience, with both hardware and software produced by ELİAR.

Teleskop central supervisory and control software
100 Mbit Ethernet connection. Starting ready to run processes uploaded from Teleskop, and fully automatic handling of on-line chemical and dyestuff requests to automatic dispensers.
Archiving, backup and maintenance
Archive of the last 3 months of alarms, temperature, level and cycle time values, water consumption reports, electric consumption reports (using EPAC), theoretical steam consumption, USB flash disk usage and backup of configuration and process features, and internet access and software version upgrade.
User management
Multi-user support, access rights management, and password protected log in and log out.
Optimization and accelerator features
Flexible process programs with the help of formulas, automatic calculation of command parameters by batch start parameters, 15 parallel commands execution in a single step, definition of machine constants and timer constants, faster machine installation, coupling of 6 machines, automatic fabric speed calculation and cycle count based process, and starting of prepared processes which were previously planned and uploaded to the controller.
PC software utilities
Configuration management utility, configuration backup utility, Excel report utility, machine diagram creation software and a version upgrade tool.
